In development — coming soon to iOS

Plan together.
Stay connected.

Group plans die in the group chat. LinkUp gives your friends, club, team, or family a single place to post events, collect RSVPs, and keep everyone on the same page.

Free to use Built for iOS No personalized ads

01 Events feed

Every plan in one feed

Your groups' events, grouped by day and counted down to the minute. Open LinkUp and you already know what's next — today, tomorrow, and the rest of the week — with your RSVP on every card.

The LinkUp events feed, listing upcoming events grouped under Today, Tomorrow, and later days, each showing its group, start time, and RSVP status.

02 RSVPs

One tap, and everyone knows

Going, Maybe, or Can't Go. Answers update live for the whole group, with capacity limits, RSVP deadlines, and a Who's Going list — so nobody has to ask twice in the chat.

A LinkUp event detail screen showing the event name, a countdown, the location, event details, and a Who's Going breakdown of Going, Maybe, and Can't Go counts.

03 Group messaging

Sort the details in the group

A message thread for every group, with reactions, replies, and polls for picking a date. Tag the event you're talking about and everyone knows exactly which plan you mean.

A LinkUp group chat thread with messages from several members and reply bubbles, alongside Events and Chat tabs.

04 Groups

A home for every group

Scan a QR code or type a six-character code and you're in. Each group gets its own space — events, chat, members, and admin controls for whoever's running it. Private groups stay approval-only.

05 Widgets

Right on your home screen

See what's next and RSVP without opening the app — the next event, its countdown, and your answer live on your home screen in small and medium sizes.

Privacy

Private by default

Only what your group needs to see ever syncs to our servers — everything else stays on your phone. Here's how that splits:

Stays on your phone

Your personal calendar events and your sign-in credentials never leave your device — credentials live in the iOS Keychain, and personal events are never uploaded.

Syncs — protected

Group events, RSVPs, and messages sync so your group can see them. Event locations are stored encrypted on our servers.

Never sold, never personalized

Ads are non-personalized, and your data is never sold. The plain-language detail is in the Privacy Policy below.

LinkUp is in private beta

We're polishing the last details with our beta testers. Launch on the App Store is around the corner.
